Anyone please help me.

I got the following error message when I tried to access my website that I have just uploaded using filezilla 3.3.1. I'm using [url banned] as my server.
'Fatal error: Call to a member function enqueueMessage() on a non-object in /home/a3315954/public_html/libraries/joomla/error/error.php on line 482'
