Personally, I have never heard of the company you are referring to (however I am located in the united states). Have you tried contacting 7host.com to see how responsive they are?

I haven't heard of them either. The best option is usually to contact their support line rather than sales - that way you get to see just how responsive they are. There is a wealth of options in Europe for business providers and most of them are good - excellent.
