Called a few hosts with no help, but I need easy help
Ok my name is Chris and I just want someone to point me into the direction of some nice people. I want to start a web site selling ebooks. Now I only have one right now, and later maybe I would just get another site when I write more ebooks. But I called someone at Yahoo, and we talked for like an hour, but never answered my questions clearly. Then Blue host, and let me say the reviews state that the customer service is suppose to be top notch, but the kid on the phone was like this, " well dude its like 100.00 a year man." I was like this web host is being represented by a surfer.
So enough venting, now the question.
I want to get a host company that understands the ebook business and is willing to just help me get it all setup. I may not be a huge company, yet no matter if I am selling an ebook or bubble gum, somoen to help would be nice.
I think that I want to use paypal or payloaz as a means of payment, but I get lost on how the customer would actually get my ebook delivered to them. I talk to some other sites and they tell me that after I join that I can talk to someone in tech support. Well what if what I am wanting to do does not work with there system? Its like buying a car, you hear what you want to hear, you sign the papers, and drive off. Well 2 miles down the road you engine falls out, and those nice sales people are no where to be found. And your now stuck. I do not want that. Maybe I am asking for too much.
