Retention Specialist: The Retention Specialist will be responsible for fielding all incoming customer inquiries regarding account renewals via phone and e-mail, evaluating the needs of customers to ensure their needs are met for both features and cost, and for all efforts to retain customers. The retention specialist will be empowered with the ability to adjust plan costs and features. In addition to customer contact, the retention specialist will also be responsible for compiling and reporting sales/retention trends to members of the sales and marketing team as well as the management staff. These reports will include monthly and annual retention rates, primary cancellation reasons and tracking migration to competitors. Exceptional phone skills and the ability to work quickly to expedite priority tasks are a must. Multi-tasking and high-level organizational skills are also required.
