Technical Support Representative: Experience with Windows 2000 and/or 2003 Server and basic Internet protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, and HTTP. We work with a wide variety of web application servers and platforms such as IIS, Apache, ASP, .NET, ColdFusion, PHP, Perl, and many more. Experience with some of these technologies is very helpful, but not strictly required. Some experience using Linux systems is also a plus. This position requires a great mix of customer support and systems administration and you must be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. Our Technical Support Representatives are empowered to log into servers, troubleshoot problems, and do everything necessary to provide outstanding service to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of Internet technologies and to grow into other areas of our organization.
