Most of the major browsers, which is including Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera & Safari did not fare well in February, which hence lost the market share. Chrome managed for attracting more than some new users and hence, increasing the market share by 0.39% on the regular monthly basis.
Chrome beat all the competitors with its short term changes and it is quite impressive. The minor surge in popularity experienced by it would not exactly qualify as embarrassing under other circumstances, even a percentage of 0.39 is not a big amount.
This is a start of the trend and Microsoft has the plans for introduction of its browser ballot box in Europe very soon. There are many people, who have made a decision for trying Chrome, instead of one or more established options.
The left out Chrome is with market share of 5.61%. Internet explorer wound up making over 61.58% of the market share, after suffering a loss of over 0.54% in the consecutive months. Firefox lost about 0.20%, Safari lost 0.08% and Opera lost 0.03%. Chrome is predicted to excel in the month of March too.
