Is it possible to use freewebs as your web host for wordpress?

The question pretty much says it all but what I am effectively trying to say is that is that wordpress requires a web host, obviously. Yet I am not in a position at the moment where i will be buying a web host hence I was wondering whether I could be able to use a free web host, such as freewebs, or any other free web hosts.
