It's not advised to stop Goatse trolls, it's advised for the bags of people who already put "NSFW" on being they anticipate ability be objectionable. It's a tag to advice the good, not a tag to abuse the wicked. I anticipate it would plan adequately able-bodied actually, bold humans apperceive about it.
