All of CrystalTech’s network equipment receives regular scheduled maintenance and is evaluated on a regular basis. Legacy equipment is phased out over time so the majority of it is fairly new.

Back-Up Systems
Located in Phoenix, customers receive the benefit of hosting on servers in a highly stable climate. In the unlikely event that power is ever lost, the data center is backed by on-site back-up power generation from dual diesel generators with 80,000-gallon diesel reserves. Additionally, their data center has not had an unscheduled power outage in over 55 years.
CrystalTech attempts to eliminate all possibilities of downtime for customers with multiple protective measures for the highest in network redundancy. There is very little downtime over the course of a year, and most is scheduled to upgrade software and hardware, which is always communicated to customers ahead of time.
