HostMySite.com owns and operates two data centers in Newark and Delaware. Currently, construction is underway to add 6,000 sq/ft of data center space.

Features
The major environmental equipment (HVAC and fire suppression) was installed during construction of each data center. Constant inspection and testing ensure that this equipment stays perfectly maintained to operate without error. Routers, firewalls, and other network equipment are periodically evaluated to determine if replacement technology, hardware, or maintenance is required.

Because of this continual update process, there is always new hardware and technology within HostMySite.com's data centers.

Guarantee
HostMySite.com guarantees 100% network uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance).Should a network outage occur, HostMySite.com credits customers 5% of their monthly fee for every 30 minutes of downtime (up to, but not exceeding 100% of one monthly payment, and the credit will be applied toward future payments).

HostMySite.com defines network uptime as the functioning of all network infrastructure including cabling, switches and routers. Software and other services customers run on their own server(s) are not included in the definition of network uptime. Network downtime exists if a server is unable to transmit and receive data. HostMySite.com also guarantees infrastructure stability and hardware replacement.

Back-Up Systems
Both of HostMySite.com's data centers house a Central Powerware UPS System and a 350 KW backup diesel generator. Having an on-site diesel generator as an instant backup power supply maintains 100% uptime in the event of any type of power outage. Periodic tests and start-ups maintain the power systems for immediate availability and optimal peak performance in the event of an emergency.
