SERVER4YOU works closely with DATOTEL to maintain a closely monitored, temperature-controlled environment. The data centers operate at a temperature between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit and at 30 to 45 percent relative humidity.
The company’s St. Louis facility features seven 26-ton DataAire HVAC systems. DATOTEL has deployed an N+1 redundancy strategy and has a “Move ‘N Cool” unit rental unit in place should one of the HVAC systems needs to be repaired. The power supplied to the facility is clean and it has operated without interruption for three years.
SERVER4YOU’s data center is under constant surveillance and it is protected by a state-of-the-art security system featuring key card scanners and a sophisticated fire detection and suppression system. They employ a high-tech firewall to protect their customer’s servers.
Back-Up Systems
SERVER4YOU employs two uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and a class-leading backup diesel generator. The infrastructure can be sustained indefinitely through a power outage. If an outage last longer than 24 hours, they will refuel the generator.
